WHY IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A deposit is required in order to guarantee the session time you have requested. All sessions are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. In the event that you do not have card to make an online payment contact the studio for additional options. Additionally in the event of cancellation deposit is withheld. (Deposit are NON-REFUNABLE)
IF I AM LATE WILL MY SESSION TIME BE EXTENDED?
Unfortunately due to scheduling we are unable to push sessions passed scheduled time as it is inconvenient for the next client and the engineer because we have three on staff. We ask that you arrive on time to contact the studio/engineer in the event that you are running late.
I DIDN'T GET SESSION MIXED BECAUSE I RAN OUT OF TIME WHAT CAN I DO?
During you set session we ask that if you would like your session mixed to end the session 15 mins early. (Engineer should advise this) If the event occurs that you don't get your session mixed we simply ask that you book another session with the goal of mixing in mind and potentially starting a new project.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING TO MY SESSION?
Due to COVID-19 My World Studios has a four guest policy in place. We practice social distancing by providing enough space in our recording booth and mixing room. We also provide mask for customers and encourage them! My World Studios currently provides recording session ONLY in order keep the business running we must adhere to CDC guidelines at all times.
